You will be greeted at the airport upon arrival and transferred
to your hotel by coach. Assistance will be given at hotel check-in when
passports, return tickets etc. should be accounted for and safely secured in the
hotel safe. The hotel will require a list of the names, passport numbers and
room numbers of all people within the group. A safety briefing is normally
provided upon arrival, followed by a short introduction to the course.
The evening meal is normally taken at 20.00 hours. A cold
buffet can be provided for arrivals after 22.00.
Depending upon their times of arrival and departure, many
groups prefer to arrange an orientation tour of
Barcelona for their arrival day and leave their departure day free before their
coach transfer to the airport.
