Time in City on Arrival in Barcelona
Depending upon their hour of arrival, many groups prefer to spend some limited time in the city before their hotel transfer.
This option comes at no extra cost, but is time-limited to 2½ hours. A delayed flight arrival will reduce the time available by the length of the delay.
Groups may opt to use the 2½ hours allocated to visit inside one of the city's main tourist attractions. If a shopping or meal break is preferred, we recommend the Maremagnum Shopping and Leisure Centre.

The time in the city will be followed by a hotel transfer. Assistance will be given at hotel check-in when passports, return air tickets etc. should be accounted for and safely secured in the hotel safe. The hotel will require a list of the names, passport numbers and room numbers of all people within the group. A safety briefing is normally provided upon arrival, followed by a short introduction to the course.
The evening meal is normally taken at 20.00 hours. A cold buffet can be provided for arrivals after 21.00.
