With a rise in fuel costs of over 30% since Christmas 2008, we
have anticipated a 10% increase in coach rates for 2009. Our coach prices for
2009 will not be finalised until late November 2008. If the increase is above
10%, we reserve the right to add an appropriate fuel supplement to our prices to
cover the extra costs involved. On the other hand, our online prices will be
appropriately reduced in November if the increase is less than the 10% allowed
for.
Exchange rate and UK groups
We have maintained the pound-euro exchange rate that existed at
the time of first quote for all groups visiting us from the UK in 2008. We plan
to maintain this policy for 2009. If the pound appreciates against the euro, we
will invoice at the exchange rate that most favours the group - the exchange
rate at the time of the first quote, or the rate at the time of confirmation.
We reserve the right to change the above exchange rate policy
given exceptional circumstances.
